in response to mom e of 4... are you really offering 3000 to a needy family i don't mean to sound pushy or anything. But me and my fiancee and my 16 month old son are getting kicked out of my Fathers house and we have no where to go, our car needs to be fixed that is going to cost at least 550 to 600 dollars. I have applied for section 8 and am on the waiting list which could take from anywhere from a year or two. we just need help getting on our feet and we have had no luck at all. I totally agree they make it so hard for people who really need the money!

Me and my son and my fiancee are getting kicked out of my fathers house and have no where to go, our car is messed up we really need help and don't know what to do!
